Apium graveolens
This unique celery is a colorful addition to any garden. The 14-24” colorful green stalks have pink to deep red stripes. The tasty stalks are loaded with potent celery flavor and keep their color when cooked. It is excellent eaten fresh, in soups, stews, as an edible garnish, or a fun and colorful, crunchy addition to salads. This variety does best in full sun but can tolerate some shade. Cut individual stalks for an extended harvest or at the base
