Fernleaf Parsley

Petroselinum crispum
This unique parsley has feathery, narrow leaves that are very similar to dill, but has all of the flavor you would expect from Parsley with a unique look and texture. The small leaves of the sprigs are easy to chop, and large sprigs make an attractive and delicate garnish. It is cold hardy and often resprouts in spring. Clip sprigs as needed for the freshest flavors and store at room temperature. It can also be dried and stored in airtight containers.
