Chef Jeff’s Lime Mint Moscow Mule Cooler recipe:
In a copper mug, lightly muddle one sprig of lime mint with 1 oz lime juice. Then add 1.5 oz vodka, and 6 oz. ginger beer. Stir lightly. Add ice to reach top of mug. Garnish with a mint sprig.
