Salsarific Mexibell Pepper

Capsicum annuum
This red bell pepper is essentially a sweet pepper with a little bit of heat. The 4-5” long 3-4 lobed bell shaped pepper has smooth glossy skin, firm flesh, thick walls and a large cavity making it a good choice for stuffing. The undertones of heat are the best when the pepper is left on the plant to mature and turn red, the heat of a green Mexibell is only slightly noticeable. It’s a terrific pepper for Mexican cuisine but also a good addition to sauces or chopped fresh to brighten the color and taste of a salad and giving it a little zing.

Resistant to tobacco mosaic virus.
