Purple head and stems and great flavor make this broccoli magical! Tight uniform head and bright color, easy to grow in cooler seasons but it’s also heat tolerant. Large uniform heads weigh 14-16 ounces. It’s sweeter and more tender than traditional green broccoli, eat it raw, stir fried, roasted or steamed.
