  Back to Cucumbers

Parisian

This All America Selection Winner is a very easy to grow small pickling type cucumber with medium green skin and black spines. The mini cucumbers have a sweet flavor and are delicious to eat fresh and are perfect for making pickles.

Short, fleshy, blocky fruits are dense and crisp with bumpy skin and maintain crispness when pickled. These Gherkins grow on semi-vining plants that can be planted in the garden or staked in containers. Pick young when about 2-4 inches long for best pickling results.

Disease Resistance: Scab, CMV resistance, PM tolerance.
