Smooth, globe shaped pale green bulbs with a crisp texture have an excellent flavor that is like a cross between a turnip and cabbage. The upright uniform growth habit of the leaves resist insect damage keeping the plant healthy all season and makes it a good choice for small gardens or containers. Bulbs have excellent texture making them easy to slice. Harvest bulbs when 4-6” in diameter, the greens are great to eat also. This variety has good tolerance to leaf spots, thrips, cabbage worms.
