Mustard Savanna

The greens of this early maturing mustard are ready to harvest 3 weeks after planting. Uniform, upright, bushy plants produce round, deep green, tender leaves that can be harvested as 4-5 baby leaves for salads or stir fries or harvested as mature mustard. Sweet and tender leaves and the stems do not need to be removed for eating. Harvest at desired size, new leaves will continue to emerge for repeat harvests.
