Aruba Cubanelle

Aruba is an erect, vigorous plant that produces an outstanding harvest of gorgeous, colorful peppers. This thinwalled 3-4 lobed sweet pepper has a long-tapered shape and reaches 7 -8 inches in length. It starts lime green, turns orange and matures to red to chocolate but can be picked at any color.

It's thin-skinned with a sweet, fruity flavor and a hint of heat. This pepper is popular for frying, giving it the nickname of "Italian Frying Pepper". This cylindrical lobe end fruit is a must for Cuban cuisine, also great for frying, drying and pickling.
