Great tasting, thick-walled and juicy, these crisp textured peppers mature from green to yellow, but they can be used while stiII green. It's a perfect pepper for salads, frying, grilling, roasting or stuffing. The plant has excelent leaf cover,
the providing good protection for the peppers during the ripening process. This easy to grow pepper produces good yields and has high resistance to bacterial leaf spot races 0-3 ,7, 8.
