Extra-large, early maturing, 4 ½ inch long and wide bell-shaped peppers can be harvested red or green. Red fruit has an exceptionally sweet flavor and contains about twice the amount of vitamins A and C compared to green. The bright red flavor is a colorful addition to salads, vegetable platters or stir fries. Red or green the large size makes this an excellent grilling or stuffing pepper.
