Whopper

This pepper is one of the most popular varieties of all time with huge, 4 inch fruits and luxurious foliage. The sturdy, vigorous plants boast smooth, sweet peppers that are high in vitamins A and C. I use their crunchy texture for a healthy snack with dip or to add an extra zip to pasta, tuna, chicken, or tossed salads. Bell peppers are full of flavor and add a mild spicy tang to salsas, soups, stews, and stir fries. In my kitchen I use them for baking or stuffing with rice and meat. For special occasions I enjoy serving shish kebobs, as the peppers take on a smoky flavor when charred over a flame with onions, chicken, shrimp, or beef!
