Everything about Jalufego is bigger and better, this Jalapeno is super-sized! This pepper is nearly double the size of a traditional Jalapeno and has twice the heat. The name is a combination of "Jalapa" the Mexican city where Jalapenos originated and "Fuego" which is the Spanish word for fire. The larger, hotter, and more flavorful peppers make it perfect for poppers, stuffing, smoking, salsas or any dish that you would use Jalapeno peppers in. H that was not enough it is crack resistant and it has better disease resistance which makes it much easier to grow.
