This mild poblano produces extra-large, glossy dark green fruit that matures to deep red. The tapering, conical, 2 lobed, 6 ½-7” peppers are firm and straight with a mildly hot flavor. These peppers are great for canning, stuffing, in salads or drying, grinding and making a spice blend.
Roasting enhances the flavor and makes it easier to remove the skin. Fresh picked green peppers are great for chili rellenos. Vigorous plant produces a continuous harvest of tasty peppers.
