Zest

This compact pepper plant produces brightly colored 3-4" long, tapered pods that contrast against the bright green leaves. The plants are the perfect size for containers or small gardens. The bright orange peppers have a spicy zest and a good amount of heat without being too hot for many people. It is about as hot as a Tabasco. They can be used fresh, dried, canned, pickled or used in hot sauce.
