This improved version of one of the best loved beefsteak tomatoes has been bred for better flavor, better disease resistance and a better appearance compared to Big Beef. This variety has sweeter tomato flavor and deep red internal gel. Bigger fruit than Big Beef, it’s a perfect slice to cover a burger or sandwich or cut up this tasty tomato and add to a salad. Stake or cage for best results.
