Expect early harvest with this mix of early maturing mix of pastel-colored carrots. These fabulous 8-9” carrots can be eaten raw, cooked or juiced. Yellow, white, orange, and purple varieties all grow at the same rate and approximate size to give you a range of colors and flavors in your favorite dishes.
Before planting, loosen the soil and add some sand and compost to keep the soil loose so it is easy for the carrots to grow.
