Purple Haze is a truly unique carrot. It has a deep purple exterior and bright orange interior. The orange also forms distinct stripes along the outer edges. Slices are stunning, there is a halo of purple around the bright orange center. The long tappered carrots grow to 7-8 inches long, and their taste has been described as sweet and crisp, and of course have the crunch of a true carrot. This fabulous carrot can be eaten raw, cooked or juiced and will add color to any dish.
