Strawberry-Mint Soup |
1 ½ cups 1 ½ sliced teaspoons fresh finely strawberries, chopped, 2 fresh tablespoons mint honey, leaves,2 ¾ cup tablespoons sour cream orange juice,
and ¾ cup heavy cream.
In a blender, mix strawberries, sour cream, heavy cream, orange juice and honey until smooth. Stir in mint. Taste; if not sweet enough, add more honey.
Chill in the strawberries refrigerator. or fresh Serve mint cold sprigs. in bowls Makes and two top servings. with fresh strawberries or fresh mint sprigs. Makes two servings.
