Mammoth

Mammoth has a heavenly aroma and strong flavor.  I use the HUGE ruffled, 4-8” long leaves in pasta sauce pesto or fresh in a salad.  Wrap the leaves around pieces of chicken or fish for cooking.  Remove the flowers to encourage more leaves.  Young leaves are the most tender. Plant in the garden or in pots with rich, well-drained soil. Annual
