All American Selection
Round, rock-solid heads average about 4 lbs. and are 6 inches across with a small interior core, good texture and fine flavor. The solid cream-white interior has a crisp texture all the way to the core.
The small core means there is very little waste when preparing the cabbage for cooking. This extra early cabbage will hold in the garden for a long time without splitting. Resistant to yellows and tolerant of black rot.
