Cauliflower Early Snowball

Smooth, pure white heads are produced measuring 8 to 9 inches across.  The plants are medium sized with a uniform growth habit. 

Great steamed or served blanched in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.  Ideal vegetable to complement many cooked dishes.
