Gherkins are easy to grow small cucumbers delicious to eat fresh but especially good for making pickles. Short, fleshy, blocky fruits are dense and crisp with bumpy skin and maintain crispness when pickled.
Pick young when about 1-3 inches long for best pickling results. This easy to grow, high yielding gherkin has great disease resistance.
