Kohlrabi Early Vienna

An Heirloom variety that has been around since before 1860. The bulb flesh is creamy with a purple, two-toned appearance and a mild sweet flavor. It is great cooked or raw. Boil in water for 5-10 Minutes and serve as a side dish with many cooked dishes. For best result feed with a liquid or slow release fertilizer.
