The firm deep orange flesh of Sugar Cube has a small center cavity that is perfect for using as an edible bowl. Fill it with a generous scoop of ice cream or yogurt for a convenient and tasty dessert. The coarsely netted exterior turns a tan color as it ripens and the stem slips away when fully mature.
