All American Selection.
There is nothing like a little Southern home cooking and okra conjures up some fond memories of the south. One of the best okras available, Cajun Delight was a 1997 All-American Selections Winner. This vigorous plant produces exceptional yields of tender, less fibrous pods, which can be harvested up to 5” long and still remain tender. Some of you may prefer the comfort food of fried okra but I love it in my Cajun Gumbo. It adds a wonderful flavor and great texture.
