Vigorous, upright plants produce glowing yellow bell peppers that reach 4 ½ inches long and wide. Thick walled and juicy these crisp textured peppers mature from green to yellow when mature but they can be used while still green. It’s a perfect pepper for salads, frying, grilling roasting or stuffing. The plant has excellent leaf cover providing good protection for the peppers during the ripening process. This easy to grow pepper produces good yields and has disease resistance to tobacco mosaic virus, stip, bacterial leaf spot, and potato virus Y.
