Cubanelle Biscayne

An early variety that grows 6” long 2¼” diameter peppers  Biscayne Cubanelle is considered a sweet pepper with mild heat similar to Poblanos.  It changes from green to yellowish – green and bright red at maturity. It can be harvested yellow, it’s peak time for culinary use or red when it reaches full maturity.
This cylindrical lobe end fruit is great for frying, drying, pickling and especially good for salsas
