This is a classic Italian frying pepper that can be traced back to Naples.
Slender, long, narrow peppers grow up to 5” long and have a strong, sweet, and very tasty flavor. Usually used when green but are still tasty when they ripen and turn red. Extremely prolific, expect peppers all summer long.
