Giant Marconi

Thin walled and full of flavor this 7-10” long and 3” wide pepper starts out green and matures to a deep red.  Tasty in the green stage and super sweet in the red stage, this pepper is delicious raw, fried, grilled, or stuffed.  Because of the pepper’s length it is a good idea to cage the plant, tips may rot if they touch the ground.
