Selections Winner. Big, blocky 2 to 3 lobe, 3 to 4 inch peppers can be picked green but have their best flavor and most vitamins if allowed to ripen to an intense bright orange color. Use in Stir fries and salads to add color and flavor. This easy to grow, crunchy, sweet pepper ripens earlier than other colored peppers and produces all season long.
