Sweety is considered a miniature pepper, but don’t let their size fool you. The tapered 4” long peppers 1.5” wide at the crown have thin crunchy walls, start green, and ripen to a glossy red color. This extremely prolific and compact plant produces some of the sweetest mini peppers to use for stuffing or adding a unique sweetness to salsas. They are good in salads and great for pickling.
