A mini butternut squash, Butterbaby is a
sweet personal sized squash. The classic
light tan squash is produced on smaller
vines that will not take over the garden like traditional butternuts and can even be
grown on a trellis to free up more garden
space. Plant is also powdery mildew resistant allowing the smaller leaves to protect the squash. Uniform 6" fruit averages½ to 1 ½ pounds just right for a single meal side dish.
