This bright and sunny butter yellow summer
squash has a delicious "melt in your mouth" creamy white flesh. Grows on compact vines that are easy to train. When ready to harvest cut with an inch of stem, best if picked young and but can be harvested up to 10 inches long before losing flavor. Matures early in season and keeps producing all summer. Delicious in any dish, excellent roasted on the grill, in stir fries, or baked in breads.
Excellent disease and mildew resistance.
