Gigante d'Italia Parsley

One of the most popular and commonly used herbs in Italian cooking parsley complements a vast range of dishes. The super aromatic, dark green, flat leaves of this Heirloom Parsley are stronger flavored than curly varieties and ideal for seasoning all your favorite Italian dishes.  A vigorous grower this Heirloom with strong, long stalks and large leaves can grows 12” tall.  Use fresh parsley as a garnish, raw in salads or marinades or add to pasta dishes and Italian sauces.  Use parsley in just about any seafood dish to enhance the flavor. It’s best to add fresh parsley after cooking or as a final touch to a dish.
