This Italian heirloom zucchini produces beautiful striped dark fruit with lighter green stripes on a compact bush type plant. This delicious squash has firm greenish white flesh, a small seed cavity and outstanding sweet flavor and great texture. Harvest at 3” for baby squash or let grow to 8-10” for steaming, frying, slicing or baking. It’s also a good variety for freezing and canning. Pick squash often to encourage more fruit and a longer harvest. Sun loving, heat and drought tolerant this compact plant is perfect for smaller gardens or growing in a container.
