Developed by Heinz for making ketchup and sauces, this variety produces firm, deep orange-red, 6oz. crack resistant tomatoes. The inner flesh is meaty, has excellent flavor with a hint of sweetness. It’s a beautiful slicing tomato and the inside is thick and meaty making it a good choice for canning and pastes. These tasty tomatoes tend to have several fruits mature at the same time for easy harvesting.
